You typically have 2-3 interviews that include a panel of individuals (2-3 people). Most of the interviews were via Teams or a phone call. They asked scenario questions gauge how you would thrive in a non-profit environment. You will have all three people asking questions to determine if you would be a great fit. Though it was a panel, it was very welcoming.
