Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Cisco (Londres, Inglaterra) en nov 2010
Entrevista
Started with a recruiter screen after a direct contact. Started with a couple of phone interviews, mostly about background and potential interest. They looked to find out why I might leave and if my CV was legit. Took some time to arrange in-person interviews with several people. Seemed more like who was available that day than real decision makers or people I'd work with. Took a couple more weeks to do video interviews with hiring manager and peers. Style felt a bit like "prove to us you are not incompetent!" Site visit followed to impress. Was never really sure where I stood but got an offer anyway...but I lost interest after the video interviews.

I had 3 interviews. One interview was a phone screening. The other two were over Webex, Cisco's platform. All of my interviewers were really nice and attempted to put me at ease. The questions were your typical interview questions.
Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en Cisco (Provo, UT) en oct 2018
Entrevista
We had the interview over their video conferencing platform Webex. I met with two individuals and they asked me questions for about 20 minutes, and was then given time to ask my own questions. The two interviewers started out cheerful and friendly, asked for clarification if needed, and were encouraging throughout the interview.

Cumbersome process - it is all about who you know - friends get promoted. My company was acquired by them and they said they would make sure those who were placed on transition got hired but that was not correct.
