El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Cisco (Atlanta, GA) en oct 2010
Entrevista
I sent in my resume via LinkedIn and after about 3 weeks I received an email asking me for a phone interview. I was set up to speak with two "peers", folks who were already Service and Support Managers. While I have excellent sales and service skills and a passing familiarity with the Cisco family of products, I have no certifications, so I was concerned as typically Service and Support positions require a VERY intense understanding of products and of the company. You really need to have connections within the organization to resolve issues. I openly discussed my concerns with the interviewers, and was assured that the people skills outweighed any specific product knowledge. The interview was a typical "tell me about a time..." stuff. I was asked to elaborate on my experiences and to draw similarities between what I had done in the past and how I could apply that experience to this position. I felt that I really connected with the interviewers and hoped to be passed onto the hiring manager. I heard nothing for a few weeks, and attempted to contact the HR recruiter, to no avail. I've since heard nothing, not even an email saying thanks but no thanks. It's too bad, because I really liked the folks I spoke to and would have liked some closure.

Went for a video interview with hiring manager and also with the working level. My previous experience matched the job requirements and I answered all the interview questions but I did not get any response after my interviews.
