Relaxed, casual process whether it’s the General Manager interviewing an individual or a group of managers doing group interviews. Questions are more regarding people skills than targeted experience. No need to dress to the nines but don’t dress in ripped clothing, swimwear or shorts/tank top/flip-flops either. A pair of nice jeans/slacks with a nice shirt/top paired with loafers or flats will be taken more seriously.
