i applied online. two days later i receive a call for an interview. the interview its so informal they actually let me eat a burrito during the interview, cool isn't? but unfortunately i can sense that the interview has no direction. the interview just keeps on talking and talking and talking. and i'm like cool.
there's a lot of miscommunication along the way. they keep on asking me to come back 4x. which i found it not worthy of my time. they also have this Crew interview which is a bad idea for me. the way they think is first impression is important but for me its not. during the crew interview i am the one who is asking questions like "hows your life working here?" and i keep going. its seems no one is interested to talk to me. they're just shy lets put it that way. they ask sudden question like "are you looking for pt of ft position". i say it doesn't matter. they replied "Ok" and end of conversation. during the interview of one of the supervisor he told me its up to the crew if they want to hire me or not. what's that supposed to mean? one of the crew told me at the end of this interview its up to the General Manger to decide wether i'm hired or not. so im wondering what the purpose of having Crew interview then? oh did i forget to mention that i didn't get a chance to meet the General Manager? i called 2 days later asking for the result of the interview and told me i have to meet the General Manager. so its going to be my 5th interview. doesnt make any sense and not work my time so i ditch the interview

Just applied online and then got a call to come in for an interview. it was a very straightforward process. interviewed right there in the seating area by the hiring manager.
the interview was very professional and respectful. i appreciated the clear questions and respectful environment. i was given water and they actually sent an email saying i was rejected instead of ghosting me, nice
Easy got the job right away with no experience. NEGATIVE: you need to buy new shoes and was not told this until my first shift...What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. The environment seemed chaotic, and employees appeared stressed and overworked, which made me question the overall workplace culture.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect well on the company, and it made me reconsider wanting to work there. I hope they improve their interview process to better respect candidates’ time and present a more positive image of their workplace.
