Applied to the position while in college. There was an on-campus career fair recruiting effort and resume drop. Then there was an on-campus in person interview. There were two interviewers for this interview or mostly behavioral questions. Then, there was an on-site (at Chevron) round of interviews. There were four separate interviewers and interviews. These were a mix of behavioral and experience-based questions.

I had the interview in online mode. The Online Test was a mix of both psychological, behavioural and instrumentation core. Totally the test was for 1 hour.
After getting shortlisted, they asked from the resume. And then a few questions in core and then behavioural questions. The overall PI went for 20 to 25 minutes

Likely to be a 3 to 4 people panel with 2 questions each. There might be time for explaining the role requirements and then for you to ellaborate about your background. Technical and soft skills questions, time for you to formulate questions to the panel.
