Send your CV through the website. Get a codility test. Go to interview (easy java script questions) Go to second interview and answer general questions RE: your projects/ programming approach... etc I think after that there is a hr interview (didn't get to that stage..) and --- you're in!

She was very nice, asked about me and what i am working with, she didnt like that i didnt work with "high scale" product

Applied in May, and got codility task before any call. I did it, and waited over a month to get a call for scheduling first interview. Didn't participate in further process since I already found new position.
During the process I got misleading info as well. First that I was rejected, then task being sent, then a call on which I rejected further process, then still got invite to teams call? Overall weird experience
