Recruiter interview was first, with was a combination of finding out about me and selling me on the benefits of the company. Scheduled then for a 1 hour interview with a peer in the same office. Then a few weeks later, another 1 hour interview with the hiring manager. Then a few weeks after that, another 1 hour interview with someone from HR. Then a couple of weeks later, a phone call to discuss what offer I would accept, folllowed by a verbal offer in a few days. References, background and credit were checked rather quickly at that point and it then took over two weeks to actually receive a job offer.
