Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Chainalysis (Tel Aviv) en ene 2026
Entrevista
I've been contacted by an HR, where I've had an interview with him, then had a online technical interview, where the questions where easy/medium leetcode question, then in-person 1.5 hrs in Tel-Aviv with engineering team-lead, it included project deep-dive and hiring manager interview, it was overall good. and I've had a scheduled System Design interview (1 hr online), 15 minutes ahead of the interview it was postponed, for almost 10 days later. then again in the same day it was posponed again, having no clue when it'll be scheduled. 2-3 weeks later (a month since the last interview), I've had a rejection email included 3 reasons that I wasn't fit. is it very unrealistic, and unprofessional, they could have rejected in the very first week or two already without scheduling a System Design interview... rejecting on experience related stuff while I've had another interview scheduled is so misleading.

Entrevista
Most bizarre interview I have ever did with. The HR spent about 5mins to challenge me why I didn't register my real name for the email I used to apply for this job and even further doubted why I didn't use my real name to name my email. What the heck these questions were related to the interview nature itself other than poking the privacy of a personal email. But this HR didn't stop poking the privacy and go thousands of miles further. When I talked about my experiences with crypto world, he explicitly asked me to name the specific investment platforms I used to do crypto trading. While I was inclined to answer these questions, he started asking which specific wallets I used for the custody and even literally asked me "where are you transferring your digital assets from the current wallet". Tbh, if this was not happening in an interview setting, it would definitely be treated as fraud. I don't know why this HR has no respect on candidate's privacy and keep stalking personal financial info as well as the reason why I named my personal email. If you want to verify my personal experiences, you can more detailed and deep questions related to the crypto world and ecosystem instead of consistently poking candidates' privacies even including their personal financial info.
