Upon completing the application online, I was promptly contacted by Jim McDonough, Regional Sales Manager for Cengage Learning. I was asked to engage in three interviews. Each interview was very thorough and presented me with different opportunities to freely express what I had to offer Cengage Learning as a future employee. Everyone with whom I have spoken to directly or communicated through e-mail has been extremely courteous, timely, and totally honest. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the interview and hiring process has progressed.
