Its a 3 part process. First is a link is sent to do a video interview with est 6 questions and 3 trys each to answer. Then I received a phone screen from a recruiter. Then I did a in person interview. I was offered about 3 days later.

I walked in the store and dropepd off my resume. The hiring manager called me back in for a one on one interview. I was told I was hired on the spot but had to come back to do one additional interview. Spent a week away for corp. training (basically a big party) then spent a week follow my mentor. Hit the floor the following week but didnt see a dime for 2 months
