I talked to someone at the career fair. They later emailed me saying that they wanted to interview me.
There were two interviews back to back. Both were 30 minutes long. Two really nice guys who asked just about all behavioral questions. They asked three questions at a time, and you got to pick which one you wanted to answer. That made it really easy.

2. Panel Interview
Behavioral/Technical. Panel interview. Must follow star method to answer questions. in depth discussions about projects/relevant-work.

Entrevista
STAR based panel interview and a 1:1 interview following with my would-be manager. Very friendly people but fast paced interview. Crammed a lot in the allotted time. Make sure the STAR scenarios you prepare have some meat to them because questions will be expanded upon
