Phone screen, and 2 in person interviews with 3 hiring managers . The recruiter called me off of my Linkedin profile. The job was at Manager, and I am a director and she wanted me to come in as they were trying to upgrade the position. I had a phone screen, met with the Hiring manager, then met with GM & Executive for Production, and it went great. The recruiter then called to see if I would be interested in Manager level as they were having trouble upgrading the call. I said No thank you, but she said they were still trying to upgrade the job. Then I never heard back...I had no problem if they couldn't upgrade the role, but I didn't appreciate her never following back up with me.
