It’s very casual.. ..usually 1-1.. they ask a few situational questions to determine your experience and how you would react to different things even if you’ve never worked before but you usually get hired on the spot….

Tell me about a conflict you had with a coworker and how did you handle it?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
