Entrevista
Initially they offered me about 2 dozen or so interview times and told me to select 1-2. I gave them 2 and they told me those had been taken already and asked me to select other times (without providing an updated list of the remaining available times). I selected 2 more and those were also unavailable so I selected times a week out to avoid the tedious cycle I saw beginning. I did the entire interview and at the end the interviewer told me she just couldn't put together a year of relevant work experience so I wasn't qualified for the position. The major problem being that the job post says "Bachelor's Degree in related field OR a year of relevant experience." I have the degree. So either they are extremely unorganized and don't have accurate requirements listed for their job post, or the interviewer had another reason for not wanting to go with me but chose to be dishonest about it. I found myself feeling like my time had been wasted because my education and experience were all listed on the resume that the interviewer had right in front of her. If I wasn't qualified for the position to begin with I would've much rather had them just deny my application. Overall I found the experience to be confusing and frustrating. Would not recommend!

-Why do you want to work here? -What are you interested in doing vocationally? -Tell me about a challenging time in the workplace you've experienced -Tell me about a time you had to work with your team to solve a problem -What kinds of experience do you have working with the populations that we serve?
It was a pretty basic interview process. I can not complain. Look up the company and you'll do fine for sure. Also, make sure you have experience needed for the position.
Manager asked a few questions related to my experience and case management. Not too difficult and straight forward. Did not accept the offer and went with another agency that offered better pay.
