Numerous emails and phone calls with HR reps, who eventually set up an in person interview. The person who was usually responsible for interviewing was not around when I arrived on time for the appointment, so I had a 1 to 1 interview with a supervisor from a different area.

Interview process was fair. They take you in a tour of the production floor during the interview. Things that most companies would do. If its a night shift, they have you interview during a night shift, kinda weird but it should have been a heads up for me.
