It was a seamless process working with Courtney. I felt she was truly vested in making sure Cardinal and I were first a match in terms of values and culture, and then going from there to find out what would be the best fit. I appreciated the time she took to get to know me from our very first call. The communication was excellent.

The actual interview process was quick and easy and very informative. Although, after the second round of interviews, they all stopped responding completely. Even after numerous follow up attempts to three different employees.
