I got a phone call days after I apply for the position. I have over a decade of experience in customer service. He told me the people they have hired didn't have little to no experience at all. The only reason I got the phone call was that I didn't put down a race. This company was so interested in me until they heard my voice. This company discriminate based of your color and I would never apply again

Entrevista
The first portion of the initial application contains “customer service scenarios” with an accompanying quiz. Then there is a phone screen with your recruiter. Second round leads to a video screening is conducted followed up by a phone call and an offer.
Was nothing to ride home about. Long online application with a lot of assessment questions so be prepared to spend a considerable amount of your hour answer questions that feel like they have two correct answers.
