We use the STAR method. With this method, you answer in a story. Start with Situation, Task, Action, Resolution. You basically answer using an example in a story type concept. This is how we like to do our interview process. We are very big on competencies at our company.

Entrevista
Conducted an over the phone interview, applied on line via website and completed a management simulation. In person interview took awhile and consisted of behavioral questions, additional questions regarding the management simulation and a cognitive assessment. Still going through the process.
