They contacted first. 3 steps interview period took around a month. During the next month they ghosted and did not responded though they were prompt at the interview phase. Most probably they wouldn't inform me If I did not follow-up. Surprisingly unprofessional.

Interview was really good and impressive. Capgemini is very good company. It is proved in survey as well. There is very good culture in Capgemini. People also like to work in Capgemini.
