The interview process was well organized. Followup calls took time, but were eventually organized. Had to ask for details about the role as they were not readily provided. Would recommend reading up about the firm prior to the interviews. Providing a detailed caricature of your skills set and how it aligns to the job role is important. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
