Had to reschedule with Talent Acquision Manager multiple times. Once rescheduled, he called at the time we had originally moved from. I then had to reiterate the time he had confirmed earlier for us to speak. When that time came, I never received a call. I then reached out to the recruiter and got his voicemail. He called me back stated he was busy after agreeing to meet (twice) at a specified time. I was very put off by this and the lack of professionalism by the recruiter and declined my interview invite occurring the following day. I then received an unprofessional and apologetic text message from the recruiter asking to schedule again. I will not recommend any of my professional connections to apply here.

I applied online and one of the recruiters at Capco reached out to get some basic information regarding RTW and salary expectations. Then he sent an email to schedule an initial screening call. Once that was done, I progressed to the next stage which was a virtual interview with a Principal Consultant, exploring my prior experience and motivations. That went very well and I received an email within a couple of hours after the interview to schedule the next stage which was a virtual case study interview. This was with a Managing Principal, a client scenario was presented and the objective is to create a few slides regarding the scenario and how you would approach it then present back to the interviewer. The interviewer will ask you questions about your approach/solution presented. It took around a week for the recruiter to get back to me and say I had progressed to the final stage which is an in person meeting with the Partner. This was more of a conversation regarding my background and how I would fit within the team. That also went quite well, it was more of a conversation than a formal interview and I received a call from the recruiter later that day that the Partner wants to proceed with an offer.
