Interview process was easy, the manager that interviewed me was kind and very easy to talk to. Went through the employee orientation and thought to myself, I am going to be working nights, why do I need to learn about dealing with customers

mass hiring/interview event at a hilton garden inn close to where the new store was opening up. gave us paperwork to fill out and then called us one by one to meet with who became the managers and interview with them. process became call backs from there followed by drug test and offers

Very rushed and inexperienced manager. Fill his day with two many interviews with out any other Manger to help with selection process. Very unorganized and nervous. It was like the manager had never conducted a interview before
