I spoke with a recruiter employed with CVS. He asked me my knowledge of CVS - do your homework. He also asked me about previous work experience and what the role of CSR means to me. He then asked about my current hardware - pc/laptop, webcam, internet. I was selected to move forward to meet face to face (video call) with the hiring manager.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
