I briefly interviewed with one of their recuiters on the phone then within a week interviewed with four of the department heads in one afternoon. They followed up a few days later with an offer. The process was quick and easy. I found the process pleasant and the managers were professional and polite. Be prepared to ask alot of questions since you will be sitting down with alot of people.
Standard behavioral questions with focus on the particular job and skills associated with it. Great interview process from the first screening to the offer.
