The process simple. I met with the hiring manager and the director. They laid out the expectations and the responsibilities in grave detail. The decision was made in two weeks, with the recruiter at CHRISTUS staying in contact through out the whole process. The original offer was under market compared to others in the industry, however there was a negotiation involved. The most difficult part was that this is a brand new position, the the managers did not have much historical trends.
