Interview with the recruiter: I applied for a job that this recruiter advertised. Before they would forward my resume to the company they wanted me to come in and see them first. We went through my CV, background and experience and talked about what kind of positions I was looking for, what are my preferences, how far I was willing to travel, what salary range would suit me most.

They easily and quickly set up appointments in a day or two, which was convenient for me. The appointment were for phone interview and video interview. They assigned me a job the next day.
