I applied for a Sr. BDM lead at CDW on September 14th, 2024. The recruiter emailed me to schedule an interview on September 16th. I replied to recruiter's email with my availability, time frame(s), time zone, etc., no response from recruiter. I followed up an additional several times, and still no word from her. I'm disappointed that the recruiter didn't follow up with me to schedule the interview. Not sure what happened on her end, but a little professional courtesy goes a long way. CDW Human Resources should look into this matter, ghosting a qualified candidate is unprofessional and a bad look.
