Unfortunately, when we are acquiring properties in a state where we do not have an other properties we have to conduct interviews in the most convenient and private area possible that also works with travel constraints. This is why Carroll, like many other companies, will conduct interviews as well as other business meetings in a hotel lobby. The platform that we use for online assessments is the same platform that many other companies use nationally.
