A lot of interviews - describing process- but seemed like each interviewer was very rushed/barely had time to show up. Wasn’t clear what they were looking for.
The interview process seemed disjointed, but people were nice when they made it to the interview on time.

A screener with the hiring manager, a 5 page written assignment, 2-3 rounds of interviews. All interviews were behavioral and the writing assignment took about a week. The 2nd round was a "YOU" interview which is an hour long behavioral interview. This interviewer was very dismissive on my background and cut it short...

They asked a lot about experience with AI and working with data scientists as their managers. I don't have this experience which they could have gleaned from my resume. Weird experience overall, everyone was pretty standoff ish and rude
