Sehr offen und leichtes Gespräch in dem ich mein Werdegang erklärte. Ich sollte meine Erfahrungen teilen & was als Event Koordinator schief gehn kann im Prozess der Planung. Das Gespräch ging ca.30 min.

I was contacted for a first interview, the process would then have 2 more stages, but I didn´t make it through the first conversation. I quite enjoyed the interview and felt that I could be a good fit. Unfortunately, I do not think I was at my best when I interviewed. However, I was quite disappointed to have never received an answer when I asked for honest feedback as to why I didn't get the job. I would definitely suggest that 'rejected' candidates get an appropriate answer, as it helps them prepare better for a future opportunity.
