30 minute HR screen phone call, then scheduled call with Hiring Manager the following day. ~45 minute technical and personality call with Hiring Manager. Similar to another poster there was an abundance of communication leading up to scheduling the interview with the Hiring Manager, once that was completed there was total radio silence. Follow up communications were also ignored.
