One would expect that, after investing 2 months, 5 phone calls between the recruiter and hiring manager, and 3 onsite visits where I interviewed with 7 different team members, if a company decides to go in a different direction and you ask for feedback on your strengths and weaknesses, a candidate would receive that in a timely manner.
It is now 2 weeks since I sent an email to the hiring manager asking for just that with no response. I even sent a follow up note, thinking that maybe they had missed my original email. Crickets.
My experience casts a very poor light on their hiring process.
