The interview process was really well structured. I had a phone screening with a recruiter and she was very nice. The phone screen was more conversational just so she could get a feel for the type of personality I had and why I would be a good fit. At the end of the conversation she said she wants to fly me out for an Interview in McLean. The on-sight interview was also very well structured. I interviewed with 4 employees at the firm and they wanted to see my Consulting Skills, Leadership Skills, and Technical Skills.

They want to see your process of thinking. Describe a time where you had to work with a team to overcome diversity?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
