Applied in September. Online application showed it had been looked at regularly during December. After 3 months of no updates, I got an E-mail from a manager about a phone interview. Interview was very standard STAR - they keep the questions mostly the same for all applicants for fairness. Most generic interview I've had. It's a good idea to have some talking points prepared ahead of time that you can bridge to from an open ended question.
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
