Recruiter calls, then coordinator books with another recruiter but gets the time zone wrong. I wrote down time zone correct and they missed the call, and then told me I did not show up. I showed them the invitation and said no big deal but I was where I needed to be. Sorry we missed each other. No acknowledgment from them about this, other than they would try again (wow) . Try book me to another interview with three teams, one is 15 mins late, very rushed call, and the other two are fine, one could not fix her camera so I turned mine off to help her feel the same.
The organization of all of the interviews just hurt my head how bad the process was and if I felt this way, what are the non recruiter candidates thinking? How many people have been lost due to this? I don’t think they would want to know.

This was one of the more bizarre interview experiences I've had. I applied and had someone reach out for a phone screen. Thirty minutes into our phone call she tells me she needs to go because she didn't schedule enough time but wants to continue our conversation so asked if she could call me back in two hours. I said yes. Two hours comes and goes and I wait but no phone call. The next day, I receive an email saying sorry but something had come up so she couldn't call me back but wanted to know my availability for the next day. So I respond with my availability and ask if that time works for her. She never responded. Two weeks later I received an email that I wasn't the right fit for the job. It was unprofessional to say the least. I am a recruiter myself and interviewing with a recruiter for a recruiter job. I was pretty amazed at the lack of care for candidate experience.
