Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Blue Origin (Kent, WA) en feb 2020
Entrevista
The interview had three primary parts. The first part consisted of an essay. I believe all the interviewers (including potential peers if hired) received a copy. The second part was a presentation given to the full interview panel. The third part was one-on-one interviews with panel members.

Fun people and good interview, but their HR is ridiculously slow.
It was the pretty standard blue origin interview process - 30 minute phone screen followed up by a 1 hour technical presentation + 30 minute back to back follow up sessions with 4 separate engineers. I really enjoyed the whole thing and got to talk to some very passionate engineers. This part of the interview was genuinely nice and I got smarter as a result.
My technical presentation went over very well and it seemed like I was a little more proficient at MBSE than my interviewers, so I didn't get too many technical follow up questions. Mostly along the lines of asking me curious questions about my presentation, and my past experiences working MBSE at different companies.
No offer, with the reason being I probably wouldn't be a good fit for the straight requirements engineer position they were hiring for. They offered to have me interview for another more MBSE process oriented position, but I declined, citing the frustrating length and tediousness of their HR process.
Overall fun, but probably won't interview again until they fix their HR process.

What has your systems engineering experience been like in the past?
What is the difference between an activity diagram and a sequence diagram? (Used as like a litmus test for SysML proficiency, anyone should know this). When would you use one over the other?
The interview process involved a one hour presentation with a 5 member interview panel followed by individual 30 minute interviews with panel members. The process was vey open and felt very comfortable.
