First you take a test about behavioral questions and critical thinking skills.
Then you are invited for a recorded interview where you have to record your answers for given questions. The position was for Korean analyst so the interview required both english and korean responses.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
