      Three rounds. Very long and required preparing presentations with vague prompts and guidelines over a month or so. It wasn't fully clear sometimes the level of expertise they were looking for.

      Process was quite long (several months) and included an assignment. All steps were fair but there were too many and scheduling was a challenge. I made it all the way through but the position was then eliminated and the team “restructured”. This could be why the process was stretched so long.

      The interview process who very long and tedious which I understand they want to hire quality candidates and have a great crop of employees. My interview started mid May and ended May June - took about a month since recruiter to the third round interview . Simple usually recruiter and hiring manager interview. I didn’t think the hiring manager liked me based on the video interview she did not make eye contact with me at all. But I was surprised I was selected to move forward to the case study presentation. This was a very tedious part of the process I work a full time job and was presented a case study to prepare a 30 min presentation outlining a biology customer success strategy. I enjoyed it , gave me a look into the role. The day of my interview the hiring manager did not show up and two current employees interviewed me. I could tell again they did not like me there was no eye contact in the camera and you could openly see they were messaging each other on their platform as the typing and facial reactions were obvious. I really felt like race played a huge part and moving to the next round when I was not what they were looking for should have been screened in the second interview rather than drag me to the presentation. I was very excited to work for the company and their product but they do need to reevaluate the interview structure only give case studies to those who you know are a guarantee make that the final round around offer.
