The first contact was made through LinkedIn message, where the HR employee gave me some information about the company, about moving to Amsterdam and the link to the job opportunity itself, describing the roles and responsibilities. After 5 interviews through Skype, some technical and some personal, I was invited to travel to Backbase's office in Amsterdam, where I was interviewed again, with some technical simulations and I could get to know the office, the people and how an usual day is at Backbase.
After this process, which took almost one month, I received an offer and accepted it. Then they helped me with the relocation process and with all the doubts that I had.
