Entrevista
A phone screening, a personality/work style type assessment, followed by a behavioral interview, then a skill interview, then lastly some form of work assessment/case study. Made it to the skill interview which is difficult especially if you only have a masters and little work experience. Need to know relevant statistical analyses used to answer scenario based questions off the top of your head.

From memory they were questions regarding past challenges or times you experienced conflict or sacrifices you made relating to work/school. Also questions regarding reliability/validity/stats etc.

Entrevista
phone screening with a recruiter, behavioral interview, technical interview (stats, IO psychology knowledge), personality test, cognitive ability test, virtual assessment center (4 hours).
The entire process took about 4 weeks. All interviewers were very friendly, professional, and flexible with scheduling. They give you a chance to ask questions in every round and are very transparent about salary/expectations/benefits/culture. The last round is a simulation of a work day as a consultant that gives you a chance to see if you enjoy the role and how you work in that environment.

Behavioral: Describe a time when you failed and how you resolved the issue, etc.
Technical: A client wants to develop an assessment to identify high potentials. Walk through how you would go about the entire process (gathering data, what type of assessment, scoring/rating, what statistical tests you would use)
