Entrevista
3-stage interview. Applied online and got a phone interview the next day. Office interview which was competency based was arranged after 1 week. After going through the first stage, the 2nd was completing an online pychometric test (personality and numerical). 2nd office interview was with 3 interviewers and had little competency questions. More questions were on internal info of my present employer.

The head interviewer kept asking about internal info of my present employer and this created some awkward moments as i was not willing to give out any info.
