This is the best interview experience I ever had. The recruiter was extremely friendly and very responsive to emails. The process took around 2 weeks which included a recruiter call, a telephonic technical round & an onsite interview. The interview was very genuine & primarily focused on assessing the skills learned from past experiences. The interviewers were not intimidating and felt more like having a technical conversation. The coolest part is that I got my offer on the same day as my onsite interview. Overall, I am so happy with the people & culture at Axon and so delighted to be a part of their summer internship program.
