Work experience, key success, personality under stress
Applied directly on their website and was contacted shortly after. Process was a phone screen with HR rep followed by an in-person to meet hiring manager and team. Final step was a presentation to employees of all levels on the team and director of sales. Was long and thorough but worth it in the end.
