Rigorous interview processes with various parties. 4 rounds of interviews either face to face, via Skype and telepresence. An hour interview was conducted each time. Very thorough questions were asked and was also given opportunities to ask questions on the role.

What are the challenges faced and how would you do it otherwise?
Three rounds, in office met with team members and received an offer two days later. Great company, team members were very helpful. Once you understand logistics of the job you will succeed.

The interview process was very smooth, and i really liked the videos of "Day in Life" to get a sense of what the company is about. Quick and responsive from the recruiter - never felt like the recruiter misrepresented the team or culture. Very easy to deal with everyone.

Standard situational questions about your past experiences. Nothing was ever a test that you felt on the spot. I felt that they interview for cultural fit first then experience in your job.

20min presentation followed by 40min Q&A. Very disappointing after a lot of research & prep that I was never contacted again even to reject my application after I attended interview.
Good HR is good PR! As an HR professional I pride myself on giving constructive feedback to all candidates and ensure EVERY interview is followed up. Left me with a less than positive impression of Autodesk.
