The process has changed over the years, but all new PMs were required to have a PMP certification at a minimum. Most if not all of the interview process is done remotely and over the phone.

Lenghty process including completing long winded forms that don't relate to the job at all, did one interview, got a call back only for HR to not know i've interviewed before and saying they'll check internally and come back. They came back 3 months later with an offer but i was already working at a new company.
