After I turned in my online application, they called me back within a week! I was offered an interview for the next week. I showed up about 15 minutes early, which they really liked, and they told me while I wait for their interviewer to look around the store at their products and get a feel for what it all is. When they were ready for me, it was just one guy and myself. We walked through the mall and over to the Nordstrom cafe where it was a little less congested. We sat down and the interviewer asked us basic questions, "Why Athleta? What do you like about our atmosphere? Where do you see yourself working in the store? Are there any hobbies you have?" It was a quick interview, no longer than 30 minutes. It was not very stressful at all, although I remember being stressed out about it! I heard back from them within the next few days and they had offered me the job! The whole span of the process took about a week and a half! Not too bad! I still work there and really enjoy it, even after over a year!

A manager reached out to me to schedule an in-person meeting and shared details about what they are looking for in this position. There was a single interview with a store manager. She asked me behavioral questions, questions to see how I align with Athleta's values, and why Athleta. The next day, they called to offer me the job.
