Recruiter screen, then 30 min interview with Hiring Manager. Both were excellent, especially the communication with the recruiter.
(2) virtual 60 min interviews with 4 person panel. First panel was very unprepared, they were making questions up as they went that were not fully developed (non-specific) and difficult to answer. The safety person did not have a good understanding of what HVAC engineer experience is and asked questions non relevant to that background. Second interview was much better panel but the entire team was late several minutes, which was unprofessional. I was expecting more out of this company.
