I applied online for the Production Editor opportunity. A week or so later I was contacted via email to set up a time to speak with the HR recruiter. We spoke about my background, experience and career goals, salary history and expectations. Conversation lasted about 25 to 30 minutes. Second was in person with the manager this position would be reporting to, few other people from the production department. At one point I needed to do editing test. They didn't ask any trick questions, they just wanted to hear about my experience
