The first step is a product challenge. Designing a new feature for an app that would promote social interactions. The second step is a phone interview with a PM. She asked several questions on your background and then give a hypothetical product case.

The process starts with a take home assignment. Everyone was super nice, and the recruiter was the best recruiter I have ever had. Even gave me feedback after rejections, which is very rare in most interview processes.

After submitting my application, I was sent a homework assignment. It was fairly intensive, took me about 8-10 hours to complete and submit. They emailed me a few days later that they will not be moving forward with my application.
